When I brought my  frustration about what to me was a frustrating colleague to my friend, Joy Hood, she said to me, “If he knew a better way he would do it.”

If you look at each person–child or adult–with a belief that s/he is doing the best s/he knows how to do, it changes your attitude and approach from confrontation to education–i.e. providing ideas for a new better way to thrive, survive, grow.
