Would you say in the course of your day at work you interact with more people you consider good or people you consider bad? Would you say in the course of your day that you have more positive interactions or more negative interactions?
Consider how you might shift the balance. I usually find one person in every building who I know will remind me of the goodness in the human heart. I purposely find that person after a difficult interaction—even if only for a minute, I can be reminded that our visions for our work are possible.
