I draw on a variety of models and protocols that support collaborative, active and reflective practice. From a base of strategically designed customized plans, we work together to ensure that ideas lead to action.

I have worked with a wide range of clients across the U.S. including schools and whole districts from Peach County, Georgia, to Seattle and Denver, universities across Colorado and Vermont, non-profits including Asia Society, North Carolina New Schools Project, School Reform Initiative and Public Education and Business Coalition, and publishers like Heinemann and Rigby,

Facilitation

Support for ongoing and short-term professional learning communities, critical friends’ facilitators training and work groups of every size and purpose.

Focus areas include protocols and structures for collaborative inquiry and reflection on practice, data analysis and inquiry

Design

Customized professional development and delivery for workshops, meetings and embedded collaborative groups.

Topics include whole school change, performance-based curriculum and assessment, project-based curriculum, instruction and assessment and facilitative leadership.

Executive coaching

A variety of models for individuals and small groups with both short and long term needs.
Focus areas include distributive and facilitative leadership, whole school change, strategic planning and general support.

Instructional coaching

Learning labs, co-planning and teaching and collaborative structures for the classroom.
Focus areas include global education and project-based learning, competency-based and performance assessment, portfolio systems.

Coaching and Editing for Writers

Support, review and edit at each stage of the writing process for individuals and publishers.

Genres include professional books, research reports, articles, narrative non-fiction handbooks, and guidebooks.

Writing

Author and edit publications for non-profits, agencies, and publishers.

Formats include guidebooks, research reports, proposals, books, chapters and journal articles.
