Where justice is denied, where poverty is enforced, where ignorance prevails, and where any one class is made to feel that society is an organized conspiracy to oppress, rob and degrade them, neither persons nor property will be safe.   Frederick Douglass

What would it look like in a school where justice prevailed and everyone would be safe?

What elements of your school approximate justice and safety? If we identify those elements, then we have a  place from which to build a better society starting in our schools.
