Surviving the fire swamp

* note: The fire swamp is an uninviting location with three primary dangers: flame spurts, lightning sand, and rodents of unusual size.

The end of the semester surprises me again. Did we make it through? There is still so much more I meant to do. What got in the way?   Every semester I start again believing that we’ll do it all no matter what new policies, tests or crises arise.  Just because no one ever has……….
